What is the cost of shipping in the UK?
We provide FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all MODESQUE abayas dress orders!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 2 days and have a delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we do provide international shipping. The cost will be calculated when a product is added to the checkout.
Can I exchange/return my item(s)?
In the unlikely case you need to return/exchange your abayas dress please initiate the return by getting in touch using one of the methods on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Please note ALL returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I process a return?
1) Initiate the return by getting in touch using one of the methods on the CONTACT US page
2) Prepare the item in the original packaging with all tags intact
3) Return the abaya to the provided address
4) We recommend using a tracked method of delivery
5) Refunds will be issued pending a quality check
Is there a cost of return?
Please note all returns are subject to a £5 restocking and admin fee for the first abaya and £2 per abaya thereafter.
All return delivery costs are the buyer’s responsibility (with the exception of damaged goods).
For damaged goods MODESQUE will cover the return delivery costs up to the value of £6 (if receipts are provided).
