We provide FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all MODESQUE abayah orders!

All orders are dispatched within 2 days and have a delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days.

Yes – we do provide international shipping(7-10 working days). The cost will be calculated when a product is added to the checkout.

Can I exchange/return my item(s)?

In the unlikely case you need to return/exchange your abaya please initiate the return by getting in touch on [email protected]. Please note ALL returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and any defective pieces have to be reported to us within five working days.

Please note all return and posting costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I process a return?

1) Initiate the return by getting in touch using one of the methods on the CONTACT US page
2) Prepare the item in the original packaging with all tags intact
3) Return the abaya to the provided address
4) We recommend using a tracked method of delivery
5) Refunds will be issued pending a quality check

Is there a cost of return?

Please note all returns are subject to a £5 restocking and admin fee for the first abaya and £2 per abaya thereafter.
All return delivery costs are the buyer’s responsibility (with the exception of damaged goods).
For damaged goods MODESQUE will cover the return delivery costs up to the value of £5 (if receipts are provided).

Please note all our abayas are suitable for hand wash only and should not be cleaned using a washing machine under any circumstance or settings.
